Deposit Application
A deposit is required and applies to this quote. The deposit is applied specifically to the unit or units purchased under this invoice and is associated with the quote ID referenced above. Deposits are not transferable to other quotes, invoices, products, or accounts unless otherwise approved in writing by Nuovaluce.
36-Month Limited Warranty
Nuovaluce Pro systems include a 36-month limited warranty. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery or installation, depending on the confirmed order path and purchase arrangement. This limited warranty applies only to qualifying Nuovaluce Pro systems and is subject to proper use, approved operation, and compliance with Nuovaluce onboarding, care, and support guidance.
Professional and Wholesale Final Sale Policy
All Nuovaluce Pro professional and wholesale purchases are considered final sale. This includes, but is not limited to, professional systems, retail products, accessories, and related items purchased through professional, wholesale, or commercial channels. Final sale purchases are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once confirmed, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved in writing by Nuovaluce.
Shipping Damage Replacement Policy
In the event a device is damaged during shipping, the customer must notify Nuovaluce promptly upon receipt of the shipment. Nuovaluce may require documentation of the damage, including photos, packaging details, and carrier information. Once the damaged device has been returned and received by Nuovaluce, a replacement device will be issued promptly. Return shipping costs for devices damaged in transit are not covered by Nuovaluce unless otherwise stated in writing.
Professional Use Requirement
Nuovaluce Pro systems are intended for approved professional and commercial use only. Customers are responsible for using the systems in accordance with Nuovaluce onboarding instructions, training materials, care guidelines, and support recommendations. Use outside of approved professional or commercial settings, or failure to follow Nuovaluce guidance, may affect warranty eligibility and support coverage.
