Answers before checkout

When am I going to receive it?

After deposit, Nuovaluce confirms readiness, payment path, freight, and install needs. If your quote does not list a ship window, the standard planning window is 4–8 weeks after readiness and payment path are confirmed.

When is my balance due?

Your remaining balance is due before shipment release, freight scheduling, or installation commitment unless Nuovaluce confirms financing or payment terms in writing.

Do you offer payment plans?

Nuovaluce can coordinate financing or approved payment-plan options when available. Payment plans are not guaranteed until approved in writing.

Does it come with a warranty?

Yes. Nuovaluce Pro systems include a 12-month limited warranty beginning at delivery or installation, depending on the confirmed order path.

What does the warranty cover?

The limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal professional use. It does not cover misuse, unauthorized repairs, cosmetic wear, consumables/accessories, facility issues, or shipping damage that is not reported promptly at delivery.

What does my deposit cover?

Your deposit is credited toward your final purchase. It reserves your quote path, selected system allocation, onboarding/readiness review, and coordination work for shipping, financing, balance, and support.

How will it be shipped?

Shipping is coordinated based on the system, destination, and treatment-room logistics. Larger systems may ship by scheduled commercial freight or white-glove/freight-style delivery. Nuovaluce confirms the method before shipment release.

Is it hard to assemble?

Most partners should expect guided setup rather than complicated assembly. Larger systems may require two-person handling, placement support, or freight/installer coordination.

Will it fit in my treatment room?

Before shipment commitment, Nuovaluce can review basic room fit, access path, electrical/logistics needs, and placement concerns. If the selected system is not a fit, the team reviews alternatives before moving equipment forward.

Can I ask questions before paying?

Yes. If anything about timing, warranty, financing, shipping, or room fit is unclear, pause before checkout and contact your Pro onboarding specialist.
